Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment cost. No-shows without prior notification will incur 100% of your appointment cost. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We may be able to waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
