Use once a week on clean skin. Roll in a criss cross way over the skin. Do not repeat this action more than twice over an area. 
After use apply a hydrating serum and moisturiser. Ensure SPF30 is worn for at least 30 days after using the device. 
Can be used once a week. After a few uses it can increase to twice a week. The life span is 12-18 months. 
Clean with hot water and air dry. Ensure to keep the item in its box. 
Do not use if you are taking any blood thinning medication, or if your skin is sensitive to light. Consult your GP if any medication you are taking or conditions you may have can cause sensitivity.
